Vision: We dedicate ourselves to make our society a better and healthy place to live for all marginalized communities. 

Mission: Since its inception in 2006, Pahal Foundation is actively engaged in promoting and protecting the interest of marginalized communities though community empowerment and participation programmes. The foundation is committed towards welfare of transgender, non-binaries and intersex communities along with other marginalized sexualities and gender. We strongly believe and promote the right  to self-identification of one's gender thereby creating a healthy environment ensuring respect, dignity, and equality for all.

Commitments:

1)  Advocacy for the rights of the marginalized communities such as transgender, non-binaries and intersex communities along with other marginalized sexualities and gender.

2) Ensuring social empowerment through education, vocational trainings and skill development

3) Advocating on the issues of HIV and AIDS and providing prevention and care & support for people living with HIV and AIDS

4) Building capacities of the individuals, communities and organizations

5) Providing counselling and conducting mass awareness and sensitization programmes

6) Providing crisis management support

7) Livelihood, skill building and capacity building programmes and ensuring access to justice and addressing structural barriers in achieving the same
